Our training and automation work is designed around the Mauritius Data Protection Act and international responsible-AI practice. We cover lawful data handling, consent and retention in every programme. We are not a law firm, so we recommend legal review for regulated deployments.
Every system we build follows a security-first design: least-privilege access, encrypted connections and credentials held in managed secret stores rather than in code. Automations are tested in a controlled environment before go-live, with human review on any action that touches customers, payments or official records. Activity is logged so issues can be traced, and we hand over documentation so your team can audit and maintain the system.
We work on a need-to-know basis: only the data required for the task, kept only as long as it is needed. Client information is never used to train public AI models, and we prefer enterprise AI services with no-training guarantees.
